As a general rule, you want your pump to circulate the entire volume of your pond once per hour. Measure your pond's length × width × depth in feet, then multiply by 7.5 to get gallons. For a pond with fish, we recommend cycling the volume every 1–2 hours.
How long does shipping take?
+
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping. Large or heavy items like pond liners may ship via freight.
Can I return a product if it doesn't work out?
+
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Some items like pond liners (once unrolled) or water treatments (opened) cannot be returned for health and quality reasons.
What EPDM pond liner thickness should I use?
+
For most backyard ponds, 45-mil EPDM liner is the standard recommendation — it's durable, flexible, and fish-safe. If your pond will have sharp rocks or heavy foot traffic around the edges, consider 60-mil.
Are your products safe for koi and other fish?
+
All products we carry are carefully vetted for fish and aquatic life safety. Products that are fish-safe are clearly labeled on each product page.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
+
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we can usually make adjustments. After that, the order is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.
