Free Shipping: Orders over $49 are eligible for free shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. This excludes pond liners and items marked with an oversize symbol.
Shipping Charges: Some items, including live plants and snails, incur a flat $14.99 shipping charge.
Expedited Shipping: Orders requesting expedited shipping must be received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time to be processed the same day.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship to FPO, APO, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or other international locations.
Shipping Address: We require a physical address for shipping; we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

We offer a 90-day return policy for most items. All returns must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. The following items are non-returnable: special orders, pond liners, liner underlay, tubing, books, liquids, fish food, plant food, live fish, snails, and plants.
Return Process: To initiate a return, visit our Returns Page or contact our Customer Service at (866) 819-7663. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
All non-perishable products come with a manufacturer’s warranty for repair or replacement of defective parts. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. Contact customer service for manufacturer details.
Pond Garden Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
