Order Fulfillment and Shipping Locations
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Maryland, where we store over 95% of the products we offer, ensuring quick order turn-around. Some items are drop-shipped directly from our manufacturers located across various states within the continental U.S.
FREE SHIPPING OVER $49.00
Orders totaling $49.00 or more are eligible for free shipping. This offer excludes pond liners and any items with an oversize symbol. Note: All live plant and snail orders incur a flat $14.99 express shipping charge. Free shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Expedited Shipping
To receive expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3-Day), orders must be received by 1:00 PM Eastern time. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies only to delivery addresses in the continental U.S. via ground service from the carrier of our choice. Free shipping is considered as included in the price of your order.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via Second Day Air. For items marked as ‘Free Shipping,’ shipping costs will still apply to these locations. At this time, we do not ship to FPO, APO, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, so please ensure you provide a valid physical address for your order.
Address Corrections
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If an address change is needed after the order has left our warehouse, UPS Ground and Express will charge a fee, and you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. Freight deliveries may also incur fees.
Return Policy
No Restocking Fees!
You can exchange or return items for a refund (excluding shipping and handling) within 90 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. However, the following items are non-returnable: special orders, pond liners, tubing, books, liquids, fish food, live fish, snails, and plants.
Return Procedures
To return an item, you need a Return Authorization (RA) number. To get one, visit our Returns Page and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process. Once approved, we will issue an RA number and provide return instructions. Please ensure returned items are in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Return Shipping
Return shipping must be prepaid via UPS or FedEx Ground Service (insured). We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, wire transfers, and Bill Me Later for all orders.
Ordering Policies
We reserve the right to approve, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion. Any cancellations made after shipment will be subject to the return policy. A 5% processing fee will be applied to canceled orders.
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If your product requires servicing, please contact the manufacturer directly. For your convenience, we provide customer service numbers for most manufacturers.
Live Fish, Plants, and Snails Guarantee
Fish: Our live fish come with a 14-day guarantee. If they arrive dead or expire within 14 days, a full refund (excluding discounts) will be issued.
Plants & Snails: Live plants and snails are covered by a 14-day guarantee. If they show signs of being dead, please contact us within 14 days for a credit on your account.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when necessary to complete transactions, such as with drop-shipping suppliers.
